This is a decent pizza joint inside the NOLA Brewery where they do some magic to the water to make it match the characteristics of New York City water. So when you get your pizza here you can also enjoy all the benefits of the brewery as well so you can grab a beer and enjoy eating in the nice spaces the brewery provides to enjoy your meal and/or beer. This isn't my favorite pizza or my favorite beer in New Orleans but it is near where I live so that does count for convenience points. Great little spot. Pizza is fantastic! Several options, and in love the fact you can mix and match slices instead of having to get a whole pie. Not usually a fan of peppers, but the meatball, peppers and vodka sauce slice was phenomenal! The beer selections are great and run the gamet of variety. The mango wheat was delicious as was Must Have Been the Wrong Time.

Usually the pizza is decent from here, however not this time. Picked the pizza up to go, got home, and the pizza was cooked too large, but instead of redoing it, the cook just flopped the pizza over and shoved it in the box. Dough wasn’t fully cooked and not even close to the normal amount of meatballs on the pizza. Whoever the cook was tonight needs to be retrained. If this was a $10 pizza, nbd, but a $25+ pizza! No thanks. Wish I would have taken a pic before eating a few slices to show how it really looked, but that half eaten piece, wasn’t eaten at all, that’s what was in the box. leaving a 3 star because past pizzas were always decent.

I used to be obsessed with this place because they had the most authentic NY style pizza in the city. But the past three times I have ordered pizza here, it hasn’t been the same. The crust is unevenly laid out and floppy, the cheese and toppings seem like they are just thrown on, and there is something different about the sauce. Maybe they are in the process of training new cooks in the kitchen, but I hope it improves soon!

The pizza has great flavors, however, we had a lot of raw dough. We all ordered slices that were in the window so the raw dough was super surprising. Wait time for the wings was entirely too long. We received and ate all of our pizza and finished our drinks before a 6pc wing came out. They also came out very overcooked, some pieces on the verge of burnt. A few oven/dough adjustments and the pizza could go from a 3 to a 4. Service speed or communication about the timing would bump my rating up as well. They do allow dogs inside and the staff was friendly.

Our pizza was mid at best. Wouldn’t go back there’s only beer and no liquor options. If you like beer they have plenty of options but not for my crew.

Usually I enjoy the pizza here. This particular time I found two strands of hair which was disgusting. In the future I hope they do a better job of food inspection before serving. Terrible experience. I haven’t eaten there since.
